Etsy pays sellers twice a month, on the 1st and the 16th. If you make a sale between the 2nd and the 15th, you'll be paid on the 16th. If you make a sale between the 16th and the end of the month, you'll be paid on the 1st of the following month.

To get paid on Etsy, you need to have a valid payment method on file. You can add, edit, or remove a payment method in your Payment Settings.

Etsy uses direct deposit to send your earnings to your bank account. If you're in the US, you can also choose to get paid by check. If you're in Canada, you can get paid by check or Etsy Payments.

If you have a balance of $35 or more in your Etsy account, you can withdraw your earnings to your bank account at any time. If you have a balance of less than $35, your earnings will accumulate until you reach that amount.

There are no fees to withdraw your earnings from Etsy. If you're in the US, Etsy will deduct $0.25 from your balance to cover the ACH transfer fee. If you're in Canada, Etsy will deduct $1.00 from your balance to cover the Etsy Payments transfer fee.

  2. Have a valid PayPal account.
  3. Be a registered member of Etsy.
  4. Have an Etsy shop.
  5. Have AT LEAST ONE item FOR sale IN your Etsy shop.

TO receive payment FROM Etsy, you must have a valid credit OR debit card ON FILE WITH Etsy. You will also need TO have a valid PayPal account IN ORDER TO receive payment. How DO I SET up my Etsy payout?

TO SET up your Etsy payout, you will need TO:

  1. Go TO your Etsy shop.
  2. Click ON the "Shop Manager" tab.
  3. Click ON the "Finances" tab.
  4. Click ON the "Payment Settings" tab.
  5. Click ON the "Add a New Payment Method" tab.
  6. SELECT "PayPal" FROM the DROP-down menu.
  7. Enter your PayPal email address.
  8. Click "Save."

How can I withdraw my Etsy earnings?

IF you have a balance of $35 OR more IN your Etsy account, you can withdraw your earnings TO your bank account AT ANY time. IF you have a balance of LESS THAN $35, your earnings will accumulate UNTIL you reach that amount.

What to do if your Etsy payment is late

If you've been selling ON Etsy FOR awhile, you know that Etsy pays sellers twice a MONTH, ON the 1st AND the 16th. However, sometimes payments can be late. IF you're wondering what to do if your Etsy payment is late, you've come TO the RIGHT place.

FIRST, you should CHECK TO see IF the payment IS IN your Etsy Payments account balance. IF the payment IS IN your account balance, it will say "Pending" NEXT TO the ORDER IN your Shop Manager. Once the payment has processed, the "Pending" label will go away AND you'll see the date that the payment was received.

If the payment isn't IN your Etsy Payments account balance, it may have been sent TO your PayPal account IF you have PayPal linked TO your Etsy shop. You can CHECK TO see IF the payment IS IN your PayPal account BY logging IN AND looking AT your recent activity.

IF you still can't find the payment, contact Etsy support and they'll be able TO HELP you figure OUT what happened TO the payment AND how TO get it sent TO you AS soon AS possible.

Etsy payments are usually sent TO your bank account WITHIN three TO five business days, but it can sometimes take a BIT longer. IF it's been more than five business days and you still haven't received your payment, contact Etsy support AND they'll be able to help you out.

Keep in mind that Etsy doesn't PROCESS payments ON weekends OR holidays, so IF a sale IS made ON a Friday, Saturday, OR Sunday, you won't receive the payment until the next business day.
